Control & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Control & Reporting Manager will support PepsiCo’s business functions by maintaining accurate inventory costing, fixed‑asset accounting, payroll and procure‑to‑pay processes. Working closely with the Controller, the role provides timely financial information, assists with business initiatives and helps drive corrective actions where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets (inventories and fixed assets) through strong internal controls and efficient financial systems.
• Implement and sustain the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Fixed Asset (FA), Inventory‑to‑Costing (I2C) and HR cycles.
• Assist the Controller in delivering effective accounting support for business issues and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on accounts payable, inventory costing and fixed‑asset activities.
• Identify key risks in P2P, FA and I2C cycles and develop practical mitigation plans.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal control environments across all cycles.

Required profile

• Solid background in finance or accounting with experience in asset management and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance, identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior finance leaders.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk monitoring.
