Controller – EMEA/MENA

About the role

BMC is seeking a senior finance executive to lead accounting and control activities across the EMEA and MENA regions. The Controller will act as the trusted financial advisor for the Saudi Arabia Regional Headquarters, ensuring robust financial health and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly U.S. GAAP close process for assigned legal entities.
• Oversee the annual statutory accounts filing, coordinating with audit firms, legal and tax advisors.
• Manage corporate governance compliance in partnership with the EMEA Legal team.
• Participate in quarterly management meetings with RHQ leadership, providing financial insights.
• Coordinate third‑party service providers for accounting, audit, tax and advisory services.
• Direct budgeting, expense management, forecasting and performance review for the Saudi Arabia RHQ.
• Produce operational and financial reports that support key business decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local statutory accounting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex compliance and internal control processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and external partners.
