Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving growth within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients to generate new business.
• Oversee daily operations of current accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enhance premium offerings in line with market demand and client expectations.
• Facilitate claims and settlement processes for swift service delivery.
• Collaborate with underwriting to align client needs with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals by highlighting service value.
• Act as a company ambassador, explaining risk factors and insurance details to build trust.
• Manage policy renewals and implement strategies to retain valuable accounts.
• Execute sales tactics to expand market share and adapt to changing conditions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the insurance industry or corporate account management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Saudi nationality.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
