Corporate Affairs Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Haleon is seeking a forward‑looking Corporate Affairs Manager to lead its corporate affairs agenda in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah or Riyadh, the role sits at the intersection of government affairs, public policy, reputation management and external intelligence, supporting the company’s growth in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Corporate Affairs strategy for Saudi Arabia aligned with the Saudi business plan and MEA corporate affairs strategy.
• Lead the government affairs agenda, building trusted engagement with government, regulators and public‑sector stakeholders to influence policy and advance business priorities responsibly.
• Provide strategic advice to the General Manager and senior leadership by translating political, regulatory and societal developments into clear business implications and recommendations.
• Partner with the Head of Corporate Affairs, MEA, delivering Saudi insights, constructive challenge and delivery leadership across the regional agenda.
• Build and sustain relationships with government bodies, healthcare institutions, industry associations, media and civil society to strengthen reputation and foster public‑private partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate affairs, government relations or public policy, preferably within the health sector.
• Strong political acumen and commercial judgement with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Analytical capability and digital fluency to leverage data and digital tools for intelligence gathering.
• Curious and courageous mindset, able to operate in a fast‑moving, performance‑focused environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
