Corporate Applications Manager

About the role

ESNAD, the Saudi Mining Services Company, is seeking a Corporate Applications Manager to lead and manage its enterprise applications portfolio. The role ensures stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business‑critical systems while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate applications function, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and service delivery.
• Administer, support and enhance enterprise applications such as SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP FICO and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of business‑critical applications.
• Manage application projects, upgrades, enhancements and system implementations in collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis and issue resolution for application‑related problems.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
• Oversee integration activities between SAP and other enterprise systems, APIs, middleware platforms and third‑party solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, SLAs and implementation partners to ensure quality service delivery.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimise business processes through technology.
• Ensure application governance, documentation, compliance and adherence to organisational standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.

Required skills

• Strong SAP functional and technical knowledge (SAP Ariba, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Application integration and API management.
