Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the design and execution of an integrated communications program for the organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Director, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery of both internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage media relations, agency partnerships, speaking opportunities, events, sponsorships and marketing collaborations.
• Support business development, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnership communications.
• Oversee communications channel selection, media monitoring, budgeting, and reporting.
• Create and execute a regional employee communications plan to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Draft scripts, speeches, correspondence and presentation materials for internal audiences.
• Design and run delivery channels such as town‑halls, coffee chats, video productions, newsletters and social‑media platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, with a track record of delivering integrated programs.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with business leaders and functional heads.
• Strong understanding of internal communication needs, crisis communication, transformation and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Experience with Viva Engage or similar enterprise social platforms.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and video production basics.
