Corporate Communications Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the design and execution of an integrated communications program for the organization, ensuring that both internal and external audiences understand the corporate strategy, brand promise, and key initiatives. The role reports to the HR Shared Services Director and works independently while partnering with business leaders and functional heads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional employee communications plan to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Drive external communications, including media relations, speaking opportunities, events, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships.
• Support business development, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership communications.
• Manage communications channel selection, media monitoring, budgeting, and reporting.
• Draft scripts, speeches, correspondence, and presentation materials for internal use.
• Design and deliver communication formats such as town‑halls, coffee chats, video productions, newsletters, and social‑media updates (e.g., Viva Engage).
• Act as a conduit for Aljomaih Holding Company communications to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and brand identity.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience in corporate communications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leaders and functional teams.
• Strong understanding of internal and external communication best practices.
