Corporate Lawyer – Commercial Contracts & Governance

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal advisory and support across its operations. You will ensure compliance with Saudi laws, mitigate legal risks, and enable business growth through effective contract management and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support dispute, claim, and litigation management in coordination with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, memoranda, and recommendations.
• Assist corporate governance activities, including board and committee matters.
• Maintain contract templates, legal registers, and documentation systems.
• Liaise with Procurement, HR, Finance, and Operations on legal issues.
• Participate in legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the creation and implementation of legal policies and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s Degree (LLM) preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical/oil & gas sector or a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
