Corporate Lawyer – Legal Counsel (Hybrid, Jeddah)

About the role

The Corporate Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal support to Meister Construction Technologies, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and relevant regional regulations. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Jeddah, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, supply agreements and partnership arrangements.
• Advise senior leadership on corporate governance, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support cross‑border transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Assess legal risks and manage dispute resolution and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
• Oversee intellectual property protection and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and procurement teams to deliver clear legal guidance.
• Contribute to internal training on legal and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Strong experience in corporate law, contract drafting, negotiation and corporate governance for commercial or industrial organisations.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance under Saudi law and regional frameworks, preferably within construction, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Capability in legal risk assessment, dispute resolution and coordination with external counsel on litigation or arbitration.
• Ability to manage cross‑border transactions, joint ventures and partnerships with a clear understanding of commercial, financial and operational implications.
• Excellent legal research, analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• LLB (or equivalent); a Master’s degree or additional certification in corporate/commercial law is an advantage.
• Bar admission or licence to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
