Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Riyadh office. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end travel solutions for corporate clients, ensuring every journey is smooth, efficient, and tailored to business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and book domestic and international flight reservations.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, car rentals, transfers, and chauffeur services.
• Manage complete itineraries and provide real‑time support throughout travel.
• Handle VIP and high‑profile bookings with a high level of discretion.
• Offer customized travel solutions that align with client policies and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their travel requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to serve VIP and high‑profile customers.
• Professional, well‑organized, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System.
