Cost Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role you will help strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency by providing accurate cost analysis and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost, variance, and profitability reports.
• Monitor operational, manufacturing, and overhead costs.
• Manage inventory costing, reconciliations, and stock audits.
• Support budgeting and month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
• Evaluate pricing structures and profit margins.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate ERP and accounting records.
• Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and production teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CPA are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
