Country Manager / General Manager – Saudi National (IT & Cybersecurity)

About the role

The Saudi Country Manager/General Manager will own full P&L responsibility for building and scaling the IT and cybersecurity business in the Kingdom. Reporting to regional leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on sales execution to drive growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy in line with global objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, emerging cybersecurity trends and develop go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead the local team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Drive annual planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Personally lead and close large, complex deals with enterprise and government accounts.
• Expand the reseller/integrator partner network and manage key vendor relationships.
• Oversee channel marketing, partner enablement and pipeline development.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive senior sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of closing strategic, high‑value contracts in IT or cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership skills to build and motivate a high‑performing local organization.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and alignment with Vision 2030 initiatives.
