Country Manager – P&L & Operations Leader

About the role

The Country Manager will own the full profit and loss responsibility and overall management of the market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the local team, including Commercial Directors, to drive revenue, operational excellence and growth across production, agency/studio and activation services.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership: accountable for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash, delivering against annual budget and growth targets.
• Commercial oversight: supervise Commercial Directors, maintain pipeline visibility, ensure forecast accuracy and support key client meetings and deal closures.
• People and general management: lead, coach and develop the local leadership team, manage talent, performance and organisational health, and oversee day‑to‑day operations, finance coordination and governance.
• Domain expertise: apply deep knowledge of POSM, retail production, agencies, studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
• Cross‑functional delivery: coordinate factory/production, design and finance to meet client quality, cost and timeline expectations.
• Production allocation & network optimisation: decide production locations, manage capacity planning, make‑vs‑buy decisions and select factories to optimise cost, quality, lead time and margin.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with proven P&L management.
• Strong background in managing multi‑functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries is preferred.
