About the role
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the Saudi Arabian market for a fast‑growing AI and telematics company. You will own the P&L, build a high‑performing local team, and drive revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Saudi Arabia with clear ARR and revenue targets.
- Build and manage an enterprise pipeline in logistics, transport, oil & gas, government fleets, large enterprises, and insurers.
- Lead the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, from prospecting to closing.
- Develop senior‑level relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
- Recruit, coach, and manage the commercial and operations team (sales, account management, field ops, local HR).
- Implement sales discipline: pipeline reviews, forecasting, account planning, and performance management.
- Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and feed market insights back to product and pricing teams.
Required profile
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or country‑level roles within SaaS, AI, telematics, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of growing recurring revenue in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience closing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals with fleets, logistics, oil & gas, government, or insurers.
- Strong network and credibility with senior Saudi stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in high‑growth, ambiguous environments.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English; Saudi nationals strongly preferred.
