Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing retailer looking for a seasoned Country Manager to steer its Saudi Arabian operations through a period of rapid expansion. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be accountable for commercial, operational and financial results across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all business activities throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Define and implement the country strategy to meet sales and profit targets.
• Drive retail sales performance and manage nationwide store network.
• Own the country P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Identify and execute expansion projects such as new store openings.
• Monitor key performance indicators and launch improvement initiatives.
• Build and develop cross‑functional teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
• 12+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on nationwide retail sales operations.
• Proven full P&L ownership and experience driving business expansion.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working in the Saudi market.
