Creative Marketing Specialist

About the role

Return On Health, a Saudi wellness snack brand, is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to shape its digital voice across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. The role blends storytelling, content production and brand strategy to build community and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish short‑form video and visual content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Write bilingual (Arabic & English) copy that reflects the brand’s tone and values.
• Film, edit and produce authentic stories using a phone and lightweight equipment.
• Support campaign ideation for product launches, seasonal activations and partnership initiatives.
• Engage with the online community, turning conversations into content opportunities.
• Monitor social‑media, food and wellness trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and refine the content plan.
• Collaborate with the founder and cross‑functional team on brand direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in creative marketing, content creation or brand communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, design and campaign work.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
• Expertise in short‑form video production, including shooting and editing.
• Solid understanding of branding fundamentals and digital marketing tactics.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn analytics and trends.
