CTS Sales Engineer

About the role

Atlas Copco is seeking a customer‑focused CTS Sales Engineer to lead a dynamic service sales team within the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) division in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for growing the service contract business, delivering professional services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, motivate and manage a dedicated service sales team with a hands‑on approach.
• Aggressively grow service contract business and advance services across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate market intelligence.
• Own key service accounts and provide after‑sales support.
• Identify new prospects, expand the customer portfolio, and drive market segmentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams on Airscan, AirNet, upgrades, and focused product offerings.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer needs and ensure timely response.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales or service contract sales.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
