Customer Development Internship (FMCG)

About the role

Join Unilever’s fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Jeddah as a Customer Development Intern. You will support the creation and execution of customer and channel strategies, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on‑ground support.
• Assist in analysing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform business decisions.
• Help plan and execute in‑store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth plan implementation.
• Track key performance indicators, maintain dashboards, and produce basic sales and stock reports.
• Participate in field visits, store checks, and internal meetings to understand market dynamics.
• Support forecasting, planning, and ad‑hoc projects related to Customer Development.
• Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks for the Customer Development team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, customer development, or commercial operations within FMCG.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
