Customer Experience Specialist – General Medicines

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist in Sanofi’s General Medicines division, you will drive best‑in‑class customer satisfaction and support sales performance across Riyadh and Jeddah. You will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, delivering product information and shaping the customer journey through both physical and virtual channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Journey & Experience strategy in alignment with business unit objectives.
• Engage healthcare professionals through multi‑channel meetings, delivering brand messaging and product information.
• Build dynamic customer profiles and segmentation based on digital habits, and coordinate tailored engagement plans with Customer Support Leaders.
• Design and launch hybrid and omnichannel campaigns, leveraging digital tools to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, Centers of Excellence and headquarters to monitor and continuously improve individual customer journeys.
• Maintain territory coverage plans and keep customer information systems up‑to‑date in compliance with Sanofi procedures.
• Support knowledge transfer to new team members on product knowledge, medical information and territory management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings, with a track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Agile mindset, strong influencing and communication abilities, and a collaborative, “play to win” attitude.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital engagement platforms.
