Customer Representative – Women’s Health (Jeddah)

About the role

The Customer Representative will support healthcare providers and systems by delivering clinical and educational information about Organon's women’s health products. Based in Jeddah, the role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing direct sales to meet team and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Close direct sales of products to achieve individual and team targets.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead‑generation plans to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information.
• Build rapport with customers by probing needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Fresh graduate preferred or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and driven to excel.
• Based in Jeddah and a Saudi national.
