About the role
The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their inquiries and service requests are handled promptly and professionally. This role supports business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and professional support to existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor, document, and resolve customer concerns while ensuring proper follow‑up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying and generating new business leads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in corporate customer service, account management, or a related B2B customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
