Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. Working remotely, you will handle inquiries across phone, email and live chat, delivering professional support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, billing and company policies.
• Assist customers with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify concerns, resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Build positive relationships, support retention and gather feedback to improve processes.
• Utilize CRM systems and keep customer records up to date.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
