Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver professional support across phone, email and live‑chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
