Customer Service Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

HashKey Group is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to be the voice of HashKey Exchange for users in the MENA region. You will deliver world‑class support, resolve complex inquiries, and help ensure a seamless, secure trading experience for our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to Arabic‑speaking users via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Resolve client inquiries related to account onboarding, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and trading operations.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction standards by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collect user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and support workflows.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, client support, or operations within financial services or digital‑asset environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle high‑pressure situations with empathy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts to align with global market coverage.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to user security and data privacy.

Required skills

• Familiarity with blockchain technology.
• Understanding of digital asset trading.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures.
