About the role

The Customs Clearance Agent is responsible for managing the clearance of imported and exported shipments, ensuring all documentation complies with regulations and company policies. This position works closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to guarantee smooth and timely release of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
• Prepare, review, and verify customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other related parties.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve clearance issues, and ensure timely release of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of clearance activities and ensure adherence to company procedures.
