Store Supervisor

About the role

Alturki Holdings is hiring a Store Supervisor in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory and distribution of materials and tools. The closing date is 01 January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and verification of incoming shipments, ensuring materials are unloaded, stored and verified according to policy.
• Maintain an accurate inventory record and keep detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
• Communicate inventory review results to the manager and help schedule future shipments.
• Delegate customer order fulfilment to staff and maintain the inventory database during order processing.
• Organise and maintain the inventory and storage area, and ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Identify areas for improvement and adjust or create work procedures, and coordinate with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of standard practices for receiving, storing, requisitioning and distributing supplies and materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service, negotiation and strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Good product knowledge, effective time management and results-driven approach focused on customer expectations.
