Cyber Security Specialist – Lead/Supervisor

About the role

SLFE is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to lead its security operations. The role involves monitoring alerts, responding to incidents, managing security platforms and supporting compliance and risk‑mitigation initiatives to safeguard the organization’s systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security alerts across multiple platforms.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and drive remediation.
• Manage, configure and maintain security tools and platforms.
• Support compliance initiatives and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Preferred certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, SC‑200, SC‑300, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
