Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Cybersecurity Architect for a contract position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, working on site within the SMP department. The role covers designing and implementing a cybersecurity architecture aligned with business objectives, managing risks and leading incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture framework that aligns with business objectives and mitigates risks.
• Create security guidelines and best practices to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of organizational data.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate them in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the deployment of security solutions and technologies, integrating them into existing systems and collaborating with IT teams across projects.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, lead investigations of security incidents and document lessons learned.
• Deliver training and awareness programs so staff understand security policies and best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on architecture and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks for complex environments.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR.
• Certification in relevant cybersecurity frameworks or architectures (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF); preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
