Cybersecurity Manager - Metro

About the role

Egis Group is hiring a full-time Cybersecurity Manager in Riyadh for its Metro business. The role covers account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, waiver and policy assistance, and the implementation of cybersecurity and protection technologies for project information and process systems and applications. It also involves acting as the technical contact with suppliers and advising management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and audit the analytical and technical aspects of major computer security systems
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of workstations, servers and local area networks through user account management and system upgrades
• Ensure secure operation of security equipment, secure transmission of sensitive unclassified information and protection of cryptographic principles
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities that could compromise corporate and client data
• Provide technical support, training and timely data recovery to end-users
• Oversee investigations of computer security incidents and act as an assistant for cyber security initiatives
• Create measurement tools for vulnerability assessments and serve on project teams and committees representing cyber security interests
• Oversee the client/server/infrastructure group on appropriate computer and system security procedures

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive security decisions
• Preferred: knowledge of cybersecurity requirements in the Middle East and familiarity with Saudi Arabian compliance standards and regulations

• Vulnerability management, risk assessment and security auditing
• Firewall configuration, network segmentation and access control
• Security documentation and technical reporting
• Preferred: cloud security, penetration testing, digital forensics, malware analysis, encryption and SIEM tools
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH or CCNA Security preferred
