Data & AI Strategy Consultant – Public Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Strategy Consultant to lead public‑sector transformation initiatives across the Kingdom. The role combines deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to shape enterprise AI strategies, roadmaps and win high‑stakes government RFPs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end authoring of technical and financial proposals for complex government RFPs, including pricing, LOE estimations and resource models.
• Direct cross‑functional consulting squads to deliver current‑state evaluations, data‑maturity assessments, target operating models and multi‑year execution roadmaps.
• Act as the on‑site anchor for steering committees, managing relationships with C‑suite, Director‑General and Ministerial stakeholders.

Required profile

• 13+ years of IT consultancy experience focused on data strategy, AI transformation and bid management.
• Proven track record in the Saudi market, especially with governmental entities.
• Strong ability to translate national visions into ROI‑driven data‑maturity frameworks and to communicate complex architectures to non‑technical leaders.
