Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and improve performance across the organisation. The role involves collecting, cleaning, analysing and visualising data from multiple sources to produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from various internal and external sources.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Identify trends, patterns and insights within datasets and communicate findings.
• Perform data quality checks, resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
