About the role

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk Specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position supports daily operations by entering and updating information, maintaining accurate records, and completing routine administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, and review entries for accuracy.
• Verify data against source documents, perform quality checks, and correct errors.
• Maintain organized electronic records, upload, label, categorize, and archive documents.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing spreadsheets, processing requests, and managing shared inboxes.
• Track workflow, update processing trackers, and compile information for routine reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with familiarity with email, spreadsheets, web browsers, and digital documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
