Data Integration & BI Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Data Integration & BI Architect to lead the design and implementation of a unified digital sales data ecosystem. You will connect eCommerce, CRM, analytics, CX, and pricing systems into a scalable model and deliver high‑performance Power BI dashboards that enable data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture linking eCommerce, CRM, analytics, CX, and pricing platforms.
• Build and manage data pipelines using APIs and ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
• Define real‑time and batch data flows aligned with business needs.
• Ensure secure handling of customer‑level data and compliance with regulations.
• Create scalable data models at customer, funnel, and policy levels.
• Establish a Single Source of Truth across all reporting sources.
• Standardize data structures and naming conventions.
• Develop end‑to‑end Power BI dashboards with drill‑down capabilities.
• Implement validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Optimize dashboard performance and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 7–12+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or data architecture.
• Proven track record integrating multiple systems such as CRM, analytics, and CX tools.
• Hands‑on experience delivering Power BI solutions from scratch.
• Experience with API integrations and ETL tools (Azure Data Factory or similar).
• Background in digital business or eCommerce environments is a plus.
