About the role

Masterworks is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Expert to lead the design and execution of data management initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring data is governed, high‑quality, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies that support organizational goals and strengthen data governance.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and security of all data assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and document data management processes and best practices.
• Lead the deployment of data management tools and systems for integration, storage, and reporting.
• Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders on data management policies and procedures.
• Track the effectiveness of data initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data governance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7‑9 years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on governance and quality.
• Proven expertise in data management frameworks, governance policies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
• Preferred certifications: CDMP, CPIM.
