Data/Krux System Administrator – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data/Krux System Administrator to support our drilling operations team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing Daily Drill Reports (DDR) within the Krux system, ensuring data accuracy and providing timely management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain Daily Drill Reports (DDR) in the Krux system.
• Review, validate, approve or reject reports according to contractual requirements.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• Coordinate purchase order preparation and tracking.
• Process petty‑cash reimbursements and keep accurate records.
• Prepare presentations and management reports.
• Provide general project administration support and maintain documentation per company procedures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project or data administration.
• Previous experience with the Krux DDR system is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in mining, drilling, oil & gas or geoscience is an advantage.
