About the role
The Dean of Business will provide strategic and academic leadership for the College of Business, overseeing programs, faculty, accreditation, research, and student success. Based in Riyadh, the Dean will lead the College within Burjline Builders' academic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the College of Business and its academic programs.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, development, and workload.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
- Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.
- Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
- Manage the College’s budget and resources effectively.
- Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
