Dedicated Travel Consultant – Arabic & English Speaking

About the role

As a Dedicated Travel Lifestyle Manager you will act as the trusted travel partner for a select portfolio of high‑net‑worth Arabic‑speaking clients in Riyadh. You will deliver discreet, personalized luxury travel experiences across global destinations, communicating fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, building long‑term relationships and anticipating travel needs.
• Design, book, and manage bespoke luxury itineraries, handling complex requests, changes, and issues with efficiency and discretion.
• Provide professional service in Arabic and English, applying deep cultural awareness of Middle Eastern norms and privacy expectations.
• Advise clients on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences, and halal‑friendly travel options.
• Negotiate and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and luxury partners to secure VIP benefits and exclusive access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end experiences and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in luxury leisure travel, concierge, or tour operating.
• Proven track record creating tailor‑made itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong background in flight‑inclusive travel and GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
• Experience negotiating with premium suppliers and managing complex bookings.

Required skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English (professional working proficiency).
• Excellent knowledge of global luxury destinations and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of affluent customer expectations and luxury service delivery.
• Commercial awareness with natural sales and upselling ability.
• Highly organized, detail‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desirable certifications: Amadeus, IATA, CTA/CTC, Virtuoso or other recognized travel industry qualifications.
