Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Red Sea EDITION is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead its dining team on Shura Island. You will ensure seamless service, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and report safety concerns.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
• Experience with opening/closing restaurant operations.
• Understanding of health, safety, and security protocols.
