Demand Planner – Consumer Goods

About the role

You will drive accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends and business requirements into reliable forecasts that support product availability, inventory optimisation and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends and business data.
• Conduct detailed sales, channel and SKU analysis and lead regular demand planning reviews with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify risks and growth opportunities, and manage escalations when required.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to ensure effective stock management and support order fulfillment and replenishment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or a related function within the consumer‑goods industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across functions.
