Group Director, Supply Chain

About the role

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all supply chain functions across Fakeeh Care Group, including procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. Ensure group‑wide alignment of supply chain strategies, promote standardisation and best practices, and drive operational excellence, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement group‑wide supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee supply chain operations across all entities to ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.
• Develop and monitor group‑level KPIs to track performance, cost efficiency and service quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to entity supply chain directors and managers, fostering cross‑entity collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple entities or a large‑scale healthcare organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
