Demand Planning Manager

About the role

A full-time Demand Planning Manager position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role builds accurate short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts and aligns them with inventory, production and procurement plans through close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and commercial team input, and monitor forecast accuracy
• Analyze demand variations and provide clear insights on trends, risks and opportunities
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams, and lead monthly Demand Review meetings as part of the S&OP process
• Align demand plans with inventory, production and procurement strategies, and partner with supply planners and procurement on plan adjustments
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend mitigation actions
• Create reporting dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, inventory health and demand trends, run scenario analysis and manage demand planning software and ERP systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management or related roles
• Fluency in Arabic and English
