Warehouse Administrator - Construction Equipment

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative work of its warehouse. The role ensures that warehouse records, documentation, system updates and operational coordination are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative needs of warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Update information in warehouse systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams on receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Assist with stock records so that information is captured accurately.
• Work with internal stakeholders to complete warehouse activities on time.
• Help keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate or diploma holder in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations within a reputable automotive dealership.
• 2 years of experience in the commercial vehicles and construction equipment industry.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics or supply chain operations.

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office; Excel is a must.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
