About the role
Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The role supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering high‑quality dishes across an assigned kitchen section. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment while contributing to the resort’s commitment to responsible tourism.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking food according to specifications set by the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- Ensure dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and taste.
- Support the Chef de Partie in organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work area.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory for the section, ensuring freshness of ingredients.
- Uphold hygiene and health standards in the kitchen, following all safety protocols.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Willingness to follow instructions from senior chefs and adapt to operational needs.
