About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our Dental Services department. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and prevent oral health conditions, delivering high-quality dental care to patients in a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients with a range of dental and oral health conditions.
• Perform routine and restorative procedures such as fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document clinical findings in line with hospital policies.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, infection-prevention standards, patient-safety requirements and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS, DDS, DMD or equivalent).
• Valid professional SCFHS classification and registration.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing dentist.
• Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Dental examination and diagnosis.
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, etc.).
• Tooth extraction and basic oral surgery.
• Preventive dental care and patient education.
• Accurate clinical documentation.
