Deputy Boutique Manager – Solitaire Boutique

About the role

The Deputy Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving commercial success, operational excellence and team development for the Solitaire boutique. Acting as a role model, the Deputy ensures Dior’s standards of client experience, retail performance and team engagement are consistently delivered, and takes full responsibility for the boutique when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets, monitoring KPIs such as turnover, conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Lead daily business follow‑ups, sales briefings and identify opportunities to maximise boutique performance.
• Ensure an exceptional luxury client experience, develop relationships with high‑value clients and VIPs, and promote client appointments and private presentations.
• Coach and motivate the team, provide sales and product knowledge training, support recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Oversee boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, stock management, inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate with regional HR, Retail Operations and Merchandising teams.
• Act as the main point of support for the Boutique Manager and assume full responsibility for the boutique in their absence.

Required profile

• 5–7 years experience in luxury retail.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance.
