Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Luxury Kitchen

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our luxury culinary team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, uphold the highest culinary standards, and ensure flawless service in a fine‑dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a designated kitchen section, maintaining strict quality control and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare high‑quality dishes with meticulous attention to detail, meeting the establishment’s elevated standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in ensuring consistency and excellence across all culinary outputs.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and internal quality assurance measures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen processes and culinary techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a fine‑dining or luxury hotel kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience supervising a kitchen section.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
