Deputy General Manager – Clinic Excellence

About the role

The Deputy General Manager – Clinic Excellence will lead the day‑to‑day performance of all clinic sites across the GCC, ensuring clinical, service and financial standards are consistently met. This senior leader bridges detailed operational management with strategic boardroom reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational performance of all GCC clinic sites, overseeing clinical service delivery, guest experience, staffing and compliance.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs, service protocols and quality frameworks across the portfolio.
• Lead and performance‑manage Clinic Operations Managers and site leaders, providing coaching and accountability.
• Drive operational readiness for new site openings, handling systems, staffing, training and compliance.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues, ensuring uninterrupted patient care and revenue flow.
• Champion clinical quality and patient safety in partnership with Medical Directors.
• Monitor guest experience using NPS, patient feedback and mystery‑guest data to drive improvements.
• Track clinical and operational KPIs weekly, identifying and correcting underperformance.
• Ensure continuous compliance with MOH‑KSA licensure, SCFHS credentialing, SFDA regulations and other national healthcare requirements.
• Manage regulatory inspections, audits and licensing processes, keeping documentation audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in premium healthcare or luxury wellness operations within KSA or the GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Systems‑thinking approach to clinical excellence, guest experience and commercial performance.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑site clinic operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
