Deputy Project Director

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Project Director to support our award‑winning team on a high‑profile KSA project in Jeddah/Makkah. The role will assist the Project Director in delivering large‑scale, mixed‑use infrastructure developments, ensuring design and construction meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, architecture, urban planning and client groups.
• Oversee design deliverables to achieve schedule, quality and budget targets for mixed‑use infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review FIDIC contract and tender documents arising from master‑planning outcomes.
• Coordinate construction activities and monitor project programmes on behalf of the client.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy or construction project management.
• Relevant engineering degree.
• Proven leadership experience on large infrastructure mixed‑use developments.
