Dermatology Consultant (Full‑time)

About the role

Serve as a Consultant in the Dermatology department, diagnosing and treating skin injuries or illnesses. You will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and counsel patients on diet, hygiene and preventive health related to their cases.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document findings and design individualized care plans.
• Order, perform and review diagnostic investigations and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Provide second‑opinion consultations and coaching for specialist and senior specialist physicians.
• Support top management with recommendations to improve clinic services and staff performance.
• Participate in NCC committees, task forces and continuous quality‑improvement activities.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention and medication use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery; Master’s or Fellowship in Dermatology.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Dermatology MD or 3 years post‑fellowship.
• Licensed Consultant by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
