Join a leading Real Estate Developer in Makkah as a Design Lead Architect. This is a highly creative, hands-on role focused on driving the architectural vision for small to medium-scale residential projects, where your design expertise will directly shape the urban landscape.

Missions principales

• Lead the architectural design process from initial concept to Design Development (DD) stage.
• Create high-quality architectural concepts, massing studies, unit plans, and detailed facade designs.
• Define the overall design direction and make critical architectural decisions for residential developments.
• Oversee and provide technical guidance to external licensed consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Ensure all designs are market-oriented, efficient, and fully constructible.
• Collaborate closely with the developer to align architectural output with business objectives.

Profil recherché

• 7 to 18 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on residential design.
• Proven track record of contributing to projects that are either built or currently under construction.
• A professional portfolio that clearly demonstrates your personal design contribution and technical execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, developer-led environment with a focus on high-quality output.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Expertise in architectural concept design and massing.
• Strong understanding of residential unit planning and facade development.
• Ability to direct and review the work of external engineering/architectural consultants.
